Salami is one of 6 cats known to be shot in Greenup, IL. She still has the bullets in her, one of which went through her spine and damaged nerves so she currently can't use her back legs to walk or move around but does move them independently while laying down so she's not paralyzed. With time and healing we're confident she should regain the use of her back legs soon. She also has a birth defect with one of her eyes. She has 2 eyeballs and vision in both, but the one is too small and doesn't fit the socket fully. She will soon be looking for a special needs home that can give her the special attention she needs
