These beautiful, 4-month-old sisters are now hanging out and running around in our Safari Room. They are just waiting for someone to help them discover how wonderful life can be.
Topaz, the gorgeous tortie, and Jade, the fluffy gray tabby, are both medium-haired girls with gentle hearts. They're still a little skittish, but considering where they came from, it's no surprise.
These sisters were found after an elderly woman was unexpectedly hospitalized. Her family had no idea the kittens were in the home, and by the time they were discovered, they were SEVERELY underweight and starving.
Today, thanks to lots of good food, care, and love, they're healthy and ready for the next chapter of their lives.
They'll need a patient family willing to let them settle in at their own pace, but we think they'll reward that kindness with a lifetime of quiet companionship.
